By what time I'm guessing you mean age, well the legal age is 14 years but I am almost 14 now but i started baby sitting at 12.

When you start getting mature and responsible. Wich would probably be at the age 12 for most people but if you are not mature or responsible when you are 12 I suggest you wait till you get older. Hope that helped! Please vote up and/or leave a comment!
