When can I use Insect Repellent on ( 22 months old) Toddlers?

I wouldnt use it on a child that young because you don't know how the chemicals can react on their delicate skin. Instead, try a dryer sheet! If they are in a stroller or car seat put in in or around and that should help without harming the child!:)
