Having had a bathroom re-done the plug on the sink is sticking. I informed the plumber on the 20th Aug. He writes back its out of warranty. I explain they started dismantling bathroom on the 20th Aug previous year, didn't fit item until 25th therefore under warranty. He says he purchased said item on 20th so thats when warranty runs from. Is this correct, as that would mean I would lose 4 days warranty on everything that was fitted from 25th for me. (Live in UK so UK law please)
