I have not seen this man over summer break. I have gone to his office many times to talk and when I saw him the other day he said that he didn't think he would see me again and then showed me something that I had given to him over break as a good luck charm. He told me to "Stop by if you want to". Does this mean he actually wants me to visit or what?

it means he would like you to stop in sometime catch up on all the news he might take you to dinner or something like that i think i would make it a plan to stop by and say hi can't be to much wrong with that but hes leaving it up to you so you can do that if you feel the need
