I have recently cleaned out my tank and changed the decorations and since then my goldfish has benn acting weirdly.
The first thing I noticed was rapid swimming as I put him/her in the tank.
The next things was that the goldfish was staying in one corner at the bottom of the tanks dn just staring at the glass. It didn’t movie much from that spot
The next thing was it got bent. It’s still in that corner with a bent back and what seems like gasping for air. The last thing I noticed was black spots on the goldfish (but I don’t know if this is normal as the goldfish has black spots as it’s natural pattern before).
I have researched a bit and have checked the ph level which seemed about 6 which I’ve heard is low but I don’t know how to fix that.
I don’t have any test kits for nitrite or ammonia so I don’t know what to do. I’ve given it some frozen peas but it doesn’t seem to be eating it.
I also have another goldfish in the same tank and they have been living together for about 3 years. The other goldfish is acting normal and it doesn’t look like anything is affecting the other one. There is oxygen flowing in the tank and everything is the same as it was before I cleaned the tank.
