What's the difference between upset for boys and upset for girls?

I'm pretty sure being upset is the same for both....maybe it means something different to a few people but upset is just being upset.

There is no difference. You're stereotyping an emotion. Upset is upset. How the individual chooses to display their upset is entirely up to them. It can vary from saying upset and then absolutely nothing else is said or happens to two people talking or yelling about it to two people becoming violent about it and doing harmful things and that goes for both males and females.
