Will someone make me a list of the bills you have to pay when renting a house and a list for the bill you have to pay when owning you're own house
I would like to see the difference to see what will be better for me in the future and this is the first time I'm thinking about buying a house or renting a house so I have very little clue of all the pills that you have to pay

1. You will have to pay taxes annually. Depending on where you live this could be very expensive or very little and is often worked into your monthly mortgage payment.
2. Home owners insurance. This is also worked into your mortgage.
3. Cost of maintenance. Average furnace installed is 3500$ New roof is between 6 to 10 thousand dollars. The risk can be lessened by having a home inspection.
However for all this a house is an investment and the equity can be borrowed against if the need ever arises.
Im not looking to do anything for a little while yet.
I'm going to rent a house/flat, first to start of with.
But I just want to know what the standard bills are, that you have to pay for when renting a house and a list of standard bills that you have to pay when owning you're own house.
i just want a list for both even add on what could be a bill depending on the situation
