The human body needs forty nutrients to maintain health. Eight of them are proteins, fifteen are B vitamins, six are vitamins of other letters. It is smart to think about nutrition, but if you only think about vitamins you are approximately 21/40 part-smart. Study some books to learn how to eat right.
