I'm planning on getting a crm to easily manage my customer service but i cannot decide which one to get. I need a social crm that can allow me to interact with my customers on facebook and twitter, have live chat and email integration. Not more than 40$ per user. Any help will be truly appreciated. Thanks

When purchasing a CRM software, it is imperative to identify your business needs. It is also crucial to understand what is involved in implementing a CRM and define your requirements. Pay special attention when researching vendors and compare each software to see what they offer. Once you have clearly identified your CRM objectives and made a short list of potential vendors, the next step is to examine pricing plans. If a vendor offers a functional demo version, you can try each before committing to the fully licensed product.

All depends in your budget and and things you want. Hubspot is more for marketing, Salesforce looks nice but expencive, Zoho has a normal price, but a little bit difficult for me. Also I will give you a tip for enlarging your clients base - I use Business Card Reader for Hubspot really useful thing and didn't cost me money for installation only for credits.
