Whats meaning of this sentence? A woman who's hustling can never understand a woman who' hating?

Hustlers can't afford to let their hate show.
They might need that person for something.

A hustler who is being hated on can't understand why because they tend to think their way of life is the best and expect to be envied, not hated.

I don't like hustlers or haters. IMHO
