haha lol im pretty fridget. i have a boyfriend cause he asked me through a friend (lol made it alot easier). If you get used to hugging people, such as family and close friends. Umm... about the kissing XD i havent kissed anyone so i wouldnt know -.-' (great help i am). sometimes its good to go through a good friend, what i mean is, tell them to say to your crush something like 'she is fridget. if you like her your going to have to make the first move when you hug/kiss' just something like that. just ideas, you dont have to use them. also my rule about telling someone to pass on messages is that they HAVE to be your most close and trusted friend. I learnt the hard way that when you tell just anyone they twist the message around and make that person hate you. I hope this helps you.
well first thing for most having the first time always give you that creepy feeling but just think of any happy thoughts to calm you down and make you feel relax if you want to kiss someone do it spontaneously and after that you will think that it is already done without you noticing it
