hi, Im 12 and weigh around 10 stone i'm the heaviest in my class, but also the tallest. i am a bit self conscious about my highs and stomach, so i am trying to do a healthy summer thing.I do exercise usually for a hour and a half every afternoon, and on mondays i add an additional 1.5 hours as i do grade 6 ballet.
despite this nothing is happening to my weight except it going up. Is this something to do with my diet?
I go to full time boarding school, so this may be it; but in the holidays i eat always extremely healthy because i find at school my acne always breaks out.so i eat healthy at home and my skin clears up.
Please answer because i really want to lose the extra fat!!!!!
