The author of the Bible. He talks about how some made themselves gods, think of themselves as gods, and is a god.
Case in point: (1 Corinthians 8:5) For even though there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth, just as there are many “gods” and many “lords.”
How did it start?
(Genesis 3:1-24) Now the serpent was the most cautious of all the wild animals of the field that Jehovah God had made. So it said to the woman: “Did God really say that you must not eat from every tree of the garden? (Ezekiel 28:13,14,15) You were in Eʹden, the garden of God. You were adorned with every precious stone. You were faultless in your ways from the day you were created Until unrighteousness was found in you.
(Genesis 6:1-22) Now when men started to grow in number on the surface of the ground and daughters were born to them, the sons of the true God (Angels) began to notice that the daughters of men were beautiful. So they began taking as wives all whom they chose. (This was not part of God's purpose). (Jude 6) And the angels who did not keep their original position but forsook their own proper dwelling place, he has reserved with eternal bonds in dense darkness for the judgment of the great day.
Then Jesus was led by the spirit up into the wilderness to be tempted by the Devil.
Matthew 4:1,8,9 " Again the Devil took him along to an unusually high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. And he said to him: “All these things I will give you if you fall down and do an act of worship to me. (As a god)
(2 Corinthians 4:4) "among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, so that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through."
There are many gods that are worshiped, and stories have been written about a lot of them, by a lot of people. I just wanted to share information about one well known
Author and how many of those stories began to take shape through out the world.
