A while ago me and my boyfriend started to try and get to know our neighbors better after living there a long time already. After a couple of months we gave one of our neighbors a remote to the gate so he can check up on the house for us while we were on holiday. The first time all was well and he gave back the remote when we returned and we chatted like always and so on. The next time we did the same and when we got back he brought it back again like last time but he just entered our yard without ringing the bell plus my boyfriend wasn't home and it was just me and my friend maria. She was watching tv and i had no other choice than to let the neighbor out by walking him to the gate, she didn't come along. So i walked him to the gate and the next thing i know is him giving me a hug! I don't know the guy and i took a step back but he persisted, eventually he let go and went home. I told my bf what happened and told him i don't feel comfortable about it, in fact i was a bit upset about it, i don't like strangers touching me never mind hugging me. He just shrugged and said that it was probably nothing, that the neighbor might not have meant it the way i took it. Well, i felt something alright and i feel very uncomfortable when the neighbor is around even with my bf there, coz i pick up the same vibe every time the neighbor looks at me and i don't feel my bf will protect me when something might happen. What would you do?
