A bullet is propelled by gunpowder, which has carbon for fuel and saltpeter to provide oxygen, so it will work just fine in space or even underwater.

And yes, it will keep going forever at a constant speed. But if there is no star or planet, speed doesn't mean anything.
Motion is relative. If there is nothing to measure your speed against, it's the same as not moving.
Nice one. So if there's no planets no stars ect and the universe is indeed infinite say for example I was travelling instead of the bullet would it even feel like I'm moving?
