Either it's a trick question, since nitrogen is all over the place and getting separated in the process, or energetically infeasible since the environment's N2 is mostly inert, to my understanding. Other than that, there might be a certain philosophical question on the measure of changes to human physiology that would render it nonhuman; for example, science fiction dabbles with the concept of humans transforming into non carbon based lifeforms (whilst the rest of science is busy trying to prove its mere existence).
