What would happen if force a was as strong as a tornado collided into tornado b in a opposite spin

I think striking like one would make it a super cell which would cause more damage then a single tornado could cause i think it would do super damage to the atmosphere cause you would have bridges taken down trees breaking property damage houses beyond repair. Deaths of a lot of citizens water damage flooding Hugh water issues water over taking the streets over it would be a big mess electricity out gas lines broke gas pumps taken out a lot of pilfering stealing Governor calling emergency's war mudslides roads taken out.
