The only fast way to lose weight is to cut something off. Diets almost never work for weight loss. Fat is made of carbon and hydrogen. The only way it comes out of the body is if it is turned into carbon dioxide and water and then it comes out through the lungs. So that involves a lot of heavy breathing, and that means jogging or aerobic dancing. Figure on losing one pound per week when you are doing things right.
Slim Fast...well... This is only going to be a Short Term weight loss sorry to say. Been There done that, and I also did Nutri-System.
If you want the weight to stay off, you have to eat right and exercise...eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus your snacks. The more you eat (the right foods) every 3 hrs or so, the higher your metabolism will be. Plus walk everyday or go to the gym whatever you like best.
But for a fast weight loss, Slim fast will work, exercise, drink lots of water during the day.
It's not the healthiest though...
