Workout routine for a 14 year old girl? I need something quick yet effective and doesn't include too much jumping as it is loud for my family downstairs. Any ideas? Thanks!

It's very good that you stay active.
First, your question is not very detailed. You want workout routine for what? To lose weight, work abs, strengthen arms legs? There is plenty of routines to do.
For specific area workout will take 10 - 20 minutes for full body may take 1 - few hours. I don't think that called quick but of course after that there is great prize.
Because I don't know what you want I will sugest to search workouts on youtube. There's is plenty of them.
Tip: don't start workouting very hard from first day. Start with simple routines and then if you feel you need more add more.
P.S. squats are good exercise to start (but do it correct form).
