What words trigger the police to check MSN Conversations?

the police wont check unless you are suspected of a crime, but there is other agencies that check constantly but wont do anything because its invasion of privacy and they want to stay out of the spotlight. so if your saying dirty stuff or whatever over facebook to a friend the cops aren't gonna come knocking at your door because to them you're just another regular person.
