I like to bring snacks on trips with me, and I always carry them in a plastic bag, but this summer I'm planning a trip to San Francisco which I know has a ban on plastic bags. Does the ban just apply to people who give out plastic bags like at stores, or will I get in trouble for bringing one from out of the state?
