I'm trying to found out what this particular scene was from. I think it was a british crime drama series but I'm not sure.
I remember a man hanging from something by his hands or neck and he gets electrocuted. I then remember investigators or something going to approach him and investigate the death.
Does anyone know what series/film this is from?
