I just think there are way too many different types of fruits and vegetables at my grocery store. As far as my fruits, I'll just get whatever tastes best since most of it is just sugar and water, but I don't really have a taste guide with vegetables. I can stomach the typical bad taste of vegetables, so I'd like to know what's the healthiest stuff I can get.

Look for balanced ratio
Fruits and vegetables have to contain all proteins, fats, carbohydrates as much as vitamins
But it's very difficult to balance your nutrition only with fruits and vegs, so you should be careful and ask doctor to advice how to balance it properly
