What us the minimum height to drive a car ?

my hight is 4ft 3inch but my legs & arms are longer then body. its possible to drive a car? if i mistek on this question plz give me excuse & so sorry all my friends

You could adjust the seat to make yourself comfortable. Bring it closer to the gas and breaks, raise or lower it if you want/need, adjust the mirrors and you will be fine.
