What to have as a hobby for a city-trapped, bored teenager (apart from using a computer!)?

I'm 15 trapped in a horrible city, with nothing much to do in my spare time apart from use my computer. I'm getting rather fed up though, I want something new to do, something that doesn't make me feel I'm spending a huge amount of my life wasting time.
I can't afford to begin woodwork, archery is too expensive.
I like Calisthenics, but as I live in Birmingham, UK, there are no street-workout parks close at hand.
I would also like to try skateboarding, but there are no skate-parks close to where I live.
So, simply put, I bored, bored, bored...
Any ideas?
I would appreciate any response to this question.

Well oh no, you have nothing but your computer...
You could watch TV. Or, if you want to play games on your computer, you could Google
"Fun games"
Or you could get a Steam account and convince your parents to purchase games THERE for you.
Or you could stop complaining about how bad the Wii is and play it.
Or you could sleep. Sleeping is really fun.
You actually have a lot of options, you just don't see them.
The internet is a really fun place if you ask me. Go on Google, and type in ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING you desire, and let your imagination run.
The internet is basically endless content.
I don't have PS2, 3 or 4 or any games console apart from Wii (which is rubbish really).
I'm not allowed to have Facebook, and I don't go to school (homeschooled).
I used to go to gym, but didn't have enough dedication, and didn't go enough, so my parents stop paying for it (I now have serious goals for bodyweight training though, shame...) - however I try to make the most of what I have at home - not much!
Have only one friend, who isn't really a friend when I think about it...
