Well...I have an anxiety disorder, and I feel food that I could eat perfectly a year ago is hard to swallow and I get coughing fits and panic attacks. Now, I don't need your advice on medication or you telling me to go to the doctor's (I've done that four times so far and one X-ray scan, they say it's psychological, not physical), so what I want to know is what can I eat? My current main diet is baked potatoes because they are so soft, and I can't eat any seeds, grains, chewy foods and the list goes on and on and on. Anybody know of some foods that are soft and easy to swallow, and nutritious as well? Please?
