I noticed a bump right next to my nostril stud, so I popped it. While cleaning it I noticed it was extremely loose, and it was almost able to go completely through, but I didn't attempt at seeing if it would. Pls help. What should I do? I cleaned it thoroughly and even put Neosporin on it. Any suggestions?
