What things we need to take care of while producing video..??

What exactly do you mean by "take care of"?
If you are uploading your video to a website such as vimeo, make sure you know about pricing/uploading terms and conditions.
Make sure you have proper cameras and mic equipment.
Make sure you have lighting and a green screen (if needed)
Have someone who knows what they are doing.
(These are the basics)
