they have to get both sides of the story they have to weigh out options when it comes to them making decisions they have to get all the information with in the law to make sure no body has done something criminal or done something thats not okay in a court of law they get their own tests to see if a person has a history of something thats not normal with in the case that comes before them they have to look at different scenarios when it comes to making a decision they don't take sides their a outside source thats how they stay with their jobs
