I was looking for a pair of jeans, but had no clue what size I am so I asked the associate. She told me I looked like I probably would fit best into the junior plus section (I'm 13 and 5'1"). She told me to try the 14 junior plus first, so I took five or six pairs into the fitting room and tried them on. The low waisted ones felt good but wouldn't button. The high waisted ones that went around the slimmer part of my waist fit perfect though and felt really good on my butt and thighs. I went out for the associate to check the fit and her advice was that it fit all right but she said "that I was short and had a fat belly and that the high waisted ones would make me look even shorter and fatter" so she handed me a few pairs of 16 junior plus and I tried them on, I managed to button the low waisted ones but they were tight, I didn't know so I asked the associate she said "that my problem area was around my belly and since I have a lot of fat there if the waist is tight I'll get a muffin top," and the waistband was very tight. She then told me to try the 18s. The 18s buttoned easily but were very loose, and didn't feel as good as the 14 or 16. So I'm not sure what size to go with? Do I take the 14s which made me look short and fat? The 16s which are a bit tight and give me a muffin top, or the 18s which are really loose? If it helps I am 5'1" 167lbs.
What size should I go with?

I know I'm considered "fat" by today's standards but I love my body anyway I just want to look good in whatever I buy. So any more douches like the first answerer, that want to make fun of a 13 year old girl can go fck themselves.

None, wear a dress and lose the weight. At your age and the weight/height that you are, you seriously need to lose weight or you are going to get diabetes by 21 and be on lifelong medication by the time you're 30 and dead by 45. 5 foot 1 and nearly 80kgs!! That's what doctors call morbidly obese.
