Im 16.. but my weight is too much for my age.. is there any other ways (naturally) to reduce my size...???? Plse be kind enough.. any answers are appreciated :)

the diet industry is mostly phoney. the best thing to do is to avoid pills and diet plans you see on TV like the "south beach diet" after years of trying i'm finally finding a balance. it's as simple as you want it to be. i've stopped eating most of the junk i use to. especially fast food. i don't eat that much meat anymore and try to have simple snacks instead of meals. if you are a sedantry person like me you don't need as much calories as someone who works out all the time. snacks are better than meals. as long as you keep them healthy and follow portion sizes. remember not to eat until you are hungry. even if it takes you five hours to get hungry. drinking plenty of water comes pre-advertised. you don't need to completely change your lifestyle to lose weight. i've already lost twelve pounds in a couple of months. losing weight slowly is healthier.

you should al least exercise for 20 minutes each day and have healthy food. Try to cut down on sugars and fats like butter, nuts, chips, chocolates, crisps...
You have to have confidence and determination, it's not just about diet and exercise!
But whatever you do DON'T hunger yourself!
