What should you wear to basketball tryouts that are during winter?

I have basketball tryouts in a few days, so I researched what you should wear to basketball tryouts. They said shorts, but unfortunately on the day of tryouts, the highest will be 65 degrees F. What do I do and wear?

You should still wear shorts because running around and being active will make the temperature seem 20 degrees warmer and you don't want more clothes to hinder your playing skills.

You will probably want to wear shorts but if it is really cold outside you can always wear sweats over your shorts and just take them off when you get there.
