I am attempting to write a book but I don't know what it should be about. I wanted the title to be A Brand New Lifestyle but I don't know how to make it interesting. I'm not inspired yet. I love books like The Hunger Games and Divergent and The Maze Runner and all of the series to all of the books. I want to write a book that it something similar to the three but I don't want people to think I copied it. I can change the title as needed. Any inspirations?

Hey man, I didn't want to sound cruel, I write myself and I know the pain of trying to come up with ideas, perhaps I should have said that writing a book or short story based on ideas you've developed yourself is far and away more satisfying than borrowing ideas from other people. What I do when I've got some block going on is pick up a book I hate, I mean really hate, and think about how I could improve it. I usually find it really kicks my brain into gear and because I hate the book I'm not going to "copy" any of its ideas but thinking about how the writer went wrong, how the characters developed (or not) stimulates me in new directions with my own writing.
You mentioned books you like, find ones that are in the same genre but bloody awful, read then and imagine how you could improve them.
Oh, you weren't cruel at all. I was just expecting an answer like that. I only posted this question because I'm a twelve year old girl and I haven't had any experiences on anything big yet. Thank you for telling me this. I'm going to try this method.
I'm glad I didn't upset you.. phew! Ideas will come to you, give it time and I wish you well with your writing :)
Thank you :)
Thank you. I am really going to consider this! Once again thanks for taking your time to read this.
Okay thank you. I knew I was going to get an answer like that but it was helpful anyway. Thanks for the feedback!
