What should I say to this FB message?

I rejected this guy who never told me he liked me to my face, but he told just about everyone else. I did not like him at the time, i wasn't ready for anything serious but as I grew to know him, I began to like him too. i felt like it was too late to tell him i liked him, because I had told him i liked someone else. so i stopped talking to him, and now I really like him. This is what he said: 

"Along with the fact that you knew i liked you, the entire 10th grade knew i liked you, so the outcome wasn't in confusion, and its not like you couldn't say you liked anyone, i must have asked you 5 dozen times "do you like any one" and you would without fail tell me no."

What should I say to him? Sorry it's so long!

well i think here is what you can say
"Even though i know that you are telling to all the people around me that you like me i still dont believe it because i want to hear it straight from you.And at that time i am not yet ready to go in serious commitment with anybody.I just told you that i like someone else to push you away because i am not ready. But now I change my feelings change and it says that i like you." hope those will be simple and easy for him to understand there no too late time for you to tell but there is regret if you dont express what you feel. What ever the consequence at least you have said your piece.
