That depends on what you can afford? what could you give your staff that would make their jobs easier? or you could give them bonuses or give them all a pay raise, that usually works. You could also throw them a staff party, not at the office they work at but you could rent a really nice space, like a good ballroom. don't just give your staff something, give them something that shows you are proud to have them work for you.
