Well, if this is a current sexual relationship with this person, as in she was cheating on you with this person, then that's an automatic breakup situation. If it is from her past, then there isn't something "to do with her". When you asked, she told you the truth, and it's in the past. Believe it or not, most of us have a previous sexual partner, and just because she had one didn't mean she had to tell you about it. It'd be different if you had asked her before hand and she had lied about it.
