I have done many presentations before and have always been nervous, but not like this. I dreamt about it and I wake up sweaty. Every time I think about it, I feel like crying. When I practiced the presentation in front of my mom and sister, I also felt like crying and went lightheaded. I am also sick today, but i don't have a fever. Should I talk to the teacher if I can just present in front of her and not the whole class(35 students)?

First of all, you didn't tell what your presentation was about. That could be why you are so nervous. If not, just relax. Don't make a big deal of it. If you stress it too much, you can make yourself sick. Which you did. Just give yourself some self esteem. Don't worry too much. Just take a few deep breaths before you start. I have to say that you should do the presentation in front of your class, to overcome that fear. Believe me, I know how you feel. I have a SEVERE stutter, so you're probably gonna do better than I would. But if you really don't feel up to it, then you should just tell your teacher that you don't want to do it. But have some confidence. Don't let yourself down.
Thank you very much. I have been practicing many times for my presentation and always taking deep breaths before I do. I will be presenting this Tuesday and I think that I will be able to do it. Again, thank you.
