What should I do to apply in hooters?

My guess is that the main requirement are big hooters. You should go into your local restaurant, in an off hour, wearing something revealing, and apply. Be aware that most businesses, if they aren't posting a want ad, will probably just have you fill out an application, and tell you that they'll let you know. They probably won't. Just look awesome, and show a great personality, and maybe you'll make a good impression. I recommend asking to speak to the manager, and not mention to anyone else that you are interested in a job, because everyone else sees you as competition.
