the police found a stolen motorcycle outside my garage, the problem is that I had no clue it was there and now they questioning my brother. Is there anything that I can do?

You should tell the police that it was all a mistake. Um, do the cops think your brother did it? Do they think your brother stole the motorcycle and claimed that it wasn't him? If so, then it wasn't your brother. If not, then it was your brother.
