MORE DETAILS: Thanks to everyone who has answered my problem! And just in time, too! She refused to eat her breakfast, so I stayed calm and asked why. She said, "Because I said so!". So I just got my Dad involved.

First you gotta know that you being annoyed does not mean that she is being annoying. You have to DECIDE to be annoyed. You don't have to let her have that control over you. You are free to DECIDE something else.
We call that good manners, and you really should learn some just because all the rest of the world expects you to have good manners. Like you don't lose control because of the way somebody else behaves.
