i reserved for the tickets on a cheap tickets site, then i paid for it via western union following their steps for payment. after i confirmed my payment and sent them the western union receipt, they still haven't send me any tickets or replied to any of my emails asking about any problem. Before sending my money i emailed them asking if the information about the receiver of western union was still valid and is it trusted, they replied and confirmed it. but after a day of me sending the money i found out that they changed the western union receiver information. should i be worried what can i do to get my tickets or my money back.
ps: i did go to my local W.U. and they told me the money i sent was collected.
