My daughter is 12. She was associating with my sister in laws niece who is 15.My s-i-l name is Kenzie. The 15 year old, She is a juvenile. She just got released off of probation. Anywho my daughter decided that she was going to make up a twitter account and follow her. Then she got her email. That juvenile sent her aunt my daughters emails that had pictures of my s-i-l with captains saying things like she's whitetrash, a whore, a prostitute, a cheap gift giver, fat pig. She also said that she was sneaking around trying to talk to her, she wants to have sex with her boyfriend, sneakout, she stole $420 from me and took a picture and sent it to her saying Kenzi could never make this much. She also called her kids who are 4 and 6 whitetrash retards and butt ugly and feel sorry for them because of their mother and my daughter also made fun of her house.
So my sister in law and brother came over with the evidence. My brother went outside and talked to my daughter and she lied and denied straight to his face, when the evidence was right there. So he took her phone and shot it with a gun and gave it back to her. My s-i-l recorded it and posted it on the Internet. Like my daughter did with pictures of her. Then he took the phone and ran over it with the car. Then took her laptop shot it and ripped the screen and keyboard apart. He also took the tv out of her room, and shot her wii because you can go on the Internet. Then my husband got the belt out and beat her with it.She is not aloud to go anywhere. She is Not aloud at my s-I-l house. She is not aloud to see or be around her kids. She is not getting anything for Easter. Do you think I should buy her another phone? Do you think it's reasonable for her not to be aloud over there?
What should I do about my daughter?

First of all, your daughter should not go over there. Personally in the first place, I don't think 12 year olds should have phones unless they pay for their plans. So if you are paying for everything, it's your decision. Um, you should tell social services or the police about what your brother and husband did. All of its illegal and abusive.
I don't think it's your daughters fault... She couldn't control her uncle's and father's actions. Personally, I think what she needs is a strong, supportive family. Hope this helps!
Thanks... I'm 13!
