The court ordered my ex’s attorney to prepare the proposed order. The Judge GARCIA said that "The filing party attorney prepares the proposed order." The attorney also stated in the court that he was going to prepare the proposed order. However, it has been more than 4 month but he has not prepared. My attorney said that “Honestly, the judges do not really do anything. Maybe a "slap on the wrist" but nothing will really happen if he does not prepare the FOAH. Yes you need to send in the FOAH since he did not, with a letter saying that he did not so you are.“ My attorney charges $375/hour and I am not able to afford it. He wants to withdraw because I cannot pay. My ex’s attorney charges $100/hour. I like to keep my attorney because my ex’s attorney is very a good liar. Thank you.
