I am a 20 year old female. My left breast is approximately one to two cup sizes bigger than my right. It has been larger than the other for a few years and I have never really been concerned about it. I recently noticed the skin on my left breast becoming significantly thinner than that of the skin on my right breast. I also notice small dimples that almost resemble large pores or empty blackheads.
