What runs the instrument cluster on a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500? I hooked the battery up backwards and my instrument cluster stopped working, it just bounces the needles and flashes the lights, I tried replacing it but it's the same deal, I need to know what's causing this. I already replaced the IOD and the main fuse?
