Hi there,
I have some questions and am hoping someone can answer them for me. I love yoga, am an empath, believe in spirits, reincarnation, feel at one with mother nature but do not believe in god. I believe in psychics, elements in nature and that the trees and earth have stories to tell. I am just not sure if this is even a religion or if it is a combination of a few. Anyone out there that can help?
What religion am I?

I think there's no religion that I've heard that their beliefs are like that, so I think it's just combinations of religions, Reincarnation can have been come to Islam/Buddhism/Jainism, Mother nature came from old religions, spirits from Judism/Hudism/Islam/Christianity, etc..
Your closest bet would be perhaps a Native American spiritualism ( there is a lot of religions for aboriginals) or Buddhism. I recommend looking up either of those and seeing if try appy to you :) if they don't it isn't really considered wrong or incorrect. Or you to believe whatever you want. My religious point of view falls into the belief of the balance in nature. I don't really believe in gods or unknown figures. But I won't ever judge others for what they believe in. :)
You are an ideal human being, you are a seeker of the Truth, but you seem to be one step away from the ultimate goal. It is great to do yoga, but before you say that you love yoga, you must understand the true meaning of yoga. When you say you have empathy, you must understand why we should have empathy. Because the Divine is in each human being. How do you believe in spirits? What is the spirit? How do you realize that reincarnation is true? Go in quest of the Truth, don’t just look at mother nature but realize that everything is not a creation of God, but a manifestation of the Divine. Go beyond ordinary physics to realize wave-particle-duality, that every particle of matter is nothing but energy. You and me, we too are energy. When we admire nature and see the Divine everywhere and in everything - this is greater than any religion. This is a spiritual evolution and this is the ultimate goal of liberation, of salvation, of enlightenment.
