i triped and fell and hit my head on the bumper of a parked car and came to 2 and a half month later in the hospital

Both front and back. It depends on what kind of damage though. If it was a forceful hit from the front, the back would damage more from the shock. 
If you mean specifically the front, then just the frontal lobe would be damaged.
