It is almost impossible to figure out the exact brand.
But I'm 100% sure the oil they use is Olive Oil.
Now, here's the catch, the south of Europe is known for their olives, all the countries in the south of Europe produce different types of olives and lots and lots of restaurants in that region use olive oils that they buy from local farmers, so it is extremely difficult for you to find the exact same olive oil anywhere else.
To make things more complicated, almost all these types of olives have a 'Virgin Olive Oil' and / or 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil' version of it.
The good news is, that you would have to be a chef or an expert to taste all the differences, so try buying just a virgin olive oil and see if it tastes the same.
