It is actually left over energy from the formation of our planet (as well as other mass collisions one of which resulted in the formation of the moon). This heat is still there after 4.5 billion years because the connection currents in the mantel are a relatively slow mean of transferring heat.
Anyway, the heat allows part of the earth's core to remain molten and convect (like a lava lamp). The convection cells are the main drivers of tectonic plates, apart from gravity, injection of basaltic magma etcetera, but that's just details
Now, let's consider the energy sources listed in the question.
Solar energy - is mostly reflected or absorbed by the atmosphere or the crust. It mostly doesn't reach through the earths crust. Additionally, small bodies such as Tyre moon and mars, which are also exposed to the sun do not show tectonic activity. If the sun powered techtonic activity, the heat energy driving it would come from above three surface, and trust me, that's more energy than you can handle.
Nuclear fission and fusion. These process rarely occur naturally on earth, far to uncommon to provide enough energy. However, fusion of hidden and helium in the cite of the sun does create a lot of energy.
Radioactive decay. To be sure, no one knows how much radioactive material is beneath the earths crust, however I deem this energy to be far too small to contribute significantly to the earth's interior heat.
Oh and of course, friction of materials in the core is also a major contributor to the earth's interior heat
