What kinds of work make the nation weaker?

In my opinion, Public Education. I think our country needs to invest in true, private education. The schools that have the best students will prove their teaching styles/believes. Seriously I'm surprised that I actually graduated. I felt like I learned nothing except the basics.

In order for a country to be strong, it needs people who are skilled and motivated to serve in what ever that persons chosen field of profession is. Wether it be fixing cars or architecture or politics. it doesn't just take skill and motivation but competence and honesty and to make that happen you need real education starting at a young age, the education you don't get in public schools.
